SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We are proud to offer $5 flat rate shipping services anywhere in the U.S.A.. Orders over $50 qualify for FREE shipping. Nothing means more to us than bringing our customers great value and service. We will continue to grow and meet the needs of all our customers to deliver a service beyond all expectation.

How do you ship packages?

Packages shipped from our U.S. warehouse are shipped through USPS. Packages shipped from additional locations will be shipped by via ePacket and delivered by USPS or a separate carrier depending on the weight and size of the product

Do you ship worldwide?

Currently, we only ship products within the United States. Please check back as we may add additional countries soon.

How long does shipping take?

Deliveries typically arrive between 7-30 days. If you have opted for a personalized item, please allow an additional 10 days for delivery. If any order is not received before 40 days, please contact us. Additionally, you can check the tracking information here.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

It may take 2-5 business days for the tracking information to be updated. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, some items in the same purchase may sometimes be sent in separate packages.

Refunds And Exchanges

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

Our returns and exchanges policy is 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Customer consumable such as candles, cosmetics, or soap that has been used will not be exchanged or returned. Items that have been engraved or modified will not be exchanged or refunded for any reason.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted, such as any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Partial refunds will be approved at the discretion of Dragon Trinkets

To initiate a return, please Contact Us. Please provide your name, order number, and product title with several clear photos of your product received. We will not approve any returns without photos. Once we receive your request, we will provide further instructions.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-14 days.

We do not issue the refund if:

  • Your order did not arrive due to customer related error or related factors (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Dragon Trinkets (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
  • Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of
  • Your items are personalized or modified in anyway (i.e. engraved rings).
  • Your items are used customer consumables or hygiene products (i.e. candles, soap).

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at returns@dragontrinkets.com.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at returns@dragontrinkets.com. Please provide a description of the defect along with several clear photos of the damage. We will not approve any returns without photos. Once we receive your request, we will provide further instructions.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your delivery address, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach their destination, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, it is highly recommended to use a tracking shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. Dragon Trinkets does not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Order cancellation

Some orders MAY be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us immediately. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Please Note: All deliveries can take between 7 to 30 days to be delivered to your shipping address. Additional time applies for engraved items.
