How do you ship packages?

Packages shipped from our U.S. warehouses are shipped through USPS. Packages shipped from additional locations will be shipped by via ePacket and delivered by USPS or a separate carrier depending on the weight and size of the product.

Do you ship worldwide?

Currently, we only ship products within the United States. Please check back as we may add additional countries soon.

How long does shipping take?

UPDATE: The ongoing issues surrounding Covid-19 can cause delays of 30+ days in some cases.

Deliveries typically arrive between 7-30 business days. If you have opted for a personalized item, please allow an additional 10 days for delivery. If any order is not received before 45 business days, please contact us. Additionally, you can check the tracking information HERE.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please Contact Us.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

It may take 2-5 business days for the tracking information to be updated. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

 

Will my items be sent in one package?
